The Project of Binjiang East Road and Riverside Ecological Construction in Guangchang is invested by Fuzhou Fuhe River Investment & Development Co., Ltd., supervised by Guangchang County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, surveyed and designed by Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited of Power Construction Corporation of China, and constructed by Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.

      This project is located on the east bank of Xujiang River, Guangchang County, Jiangxi Province. It includes one municipal road, one channel culvert, three self-draining gates, six round pipe culverts crossing the road and full-length rainwater pipe networks on both sides. The road will mainly serve as the development axis in the east of the river and the traffic channel between Jinan–Guangzhou Expressway and Lianxiang Avenue (S222), taking into account the function as the main landscape axis. Binjiang East Road is an urban trunk road with a design length of 4.8 km, a red line width of 36 m, and a design speed of 60 km/h. The total cost of the project is about RMB 140 million. Since October 15, 2018, the project department has overcome various difficulties to ensure the orderly advancement of all work. On June 8, 2021, the project was subject to completion acceptance. As the responsible unit of the project, Guangchang County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, in conjunction with the urban management bureau, the planning bureau, the quality supervision station, the project management company, and design, survey, construction and supervision units, set up a joint acceptance team for joint acceptance of the project. The acceptance team first inspected the engineering entity quality and reviewed the engineering data of the Guangchang Binjiang East Road Project. The participating units then expressed opinions on acceptance at the completion acceptance meeting. They were unanimous that the project met the design and specification requirements, with qualified project quality and complete data and inspection records. Eventually, Director Zhou Wen of the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau announced that Guangchang Binjiang East Road Project passed the acceptance test. At the same time, on behalf of the government, Director Zhou Wen congratulated on the successful acceptance of the Project of Guangchang Binjiang East Road and Riverside Ecological Construction on East Bank of Fuhe River (Xujiang River), PPP (public-private partnership) project (phase I) for the ecological protection and comprehensive governance of the Fu River basin. Director Zhou expressed heartfelt thanks to Kangda EP's contribution to the economic development of Guangchang County and hopes that it will continue to participate in the great development and construction of Guangchang County and achieve win-win cooperation.

      The successful completion of the Project of Binjiang East Road and Riverside Ecological Construction in Guangchang has further improved the traffic network in Guangchang County and greatly improved local traffic conditions, which is of great significance for further improving the investment environment and promoting economic development in Guangchang County. 

      Now that Guangchang Binjiang East Road Project has successfully passed the completion acceptance, the focus of the project department will be shifted from project completion to work handover. It is estimated that it will take one month to complete the improvement and handover of the completion data, cooperate with SPV in project handover with the government and in the handover of final accounts of the project with the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau, the Finance Bureau and the third-party financial audit institutions, thus achieving both social and economic benefits.
