Brief Introduction of Kangda International Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.
Kangda Intl. Environmental Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kangda EP) is a leading environmental pollution control enterprise in China, mainly engaged in comprehensive urban environmental control services in mainland China with investment, construction and operation of water infrastructure as the core. It provides clients with comprehensive solutions and services for water projects mainly through patterns like BOT, TOT, EPC and PPP. To maximize the synergistic effect of industry and capital, Kangda EP actively introduces financial investors and fully explores domestic and foreign public investors. It was listed on the main board of HKEX on July 4, 2014 (stock code: 06136·HK). As of December 30, 2020, its sewage treatment business had already spread to 16 provinces and municipalities in China, including Shandong, Henan, Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Anhui, Jiangsu, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jilin, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Sichuan and Fujian, receiving a total of 112 projects, with the daily sewage treatment scale realizing about 4.507 million tons nowadays, and the total assets reaching about RMB 17.646 billion.
Kangda EP is a backbone enterprise of China's environmental protection industry, a vice-director unit of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry (CAEPI) and China Environment Chamber of Commerce, one of the first batch of National Grade AAA Credit Enterprises, one of the Top 50 Environmental Protection Enterprises in China, an enterprise with grade-A general contracting qualification of municipal public works of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as well as one of the leading enterprises in China's environmental protection industry and water industry. The company has successively passed the level-1 industrial wastewater and domestic sewage operation & service ability evaluation certification of CAEPI, as well as the accreditation of ISO9001 international quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and OSHAS18001 occupational health and safety management system. A number of environmental protection projects led by Kangda EP have won the title of National Key Practical Technology Demonstration Project for Environmental Protection.
