       On the morning of September 14, 2021, Xu Zhuying, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Jiaozuo Municipal People’s Congress and some Municipal People's Congress representatives accompanied by Mr. Huang Fu, Deputy Director of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, Director of Macun District People's Congress, Executive Deputy Mayor, Director of District Urban Management Bureau, and General Manager Yuan Jianguang of Jiaozuo Area of Kangda, visited Jiaozuo Wanfang Plant.

       In front of the plant office building, the representatives firstly visited the corporate publicity board and listened carefully to the report of Mr. Yuan on the operation of Wanfang Plant, the process flow, the damage of 7.22 flood, the restoration and reconstruction of the plant and our demand for the river regulation of Shanmen River.

       Afterwards, the representatives came to the biochemical pond, ozone workshop, water outlet open ditch to check the post-disaster operation and recovery status on site. When they saw the turbid inlet water, which was treated by several processes, turned into clear water at the water outlet open ditch, the representatives were deeply pleased that Wanfang Plant could quickly resume production in the difficult situation of the great disaster and fully affirmed the post-disaster recovery work of Wanfang Plant.
       During the visit, the representatives also had in-depth communication and detailed inquiries with the site staff on the issues of reclaimed water reuse and the upgrading and expansion of Wanfang Plant and expressed that they would further promote the use of reclaimed water in the city and do their best to save our precious resources. In answer to the representatives concerned about the upgrading of sewage treatment plants, Mr. YUAN said that the implementation of upgrading and expansion of the Wanfang Plant has been reported to the competent government departments by the City Urban Management Bureau. And then our company will actively and orderly promote the upgrading and expansion work according to the overall arrangement of the municipal government and relevant authorities, and strive to improve the water environment in the eastern region of Jiaozuo to meet the needs of the economic development of Macun District and Xiuwu County.
