According to the timeline of this round of cleaner production examination, on the afternoon of December 31, 2021, Xinzheng Xinkang Water Co., Ltd. (Xinkang Water) organized a mid-term assessment meeting on cleaner production. The meeting was attended by Li Xicai, Chief of the Pollution Prevention Section of Xinzheng Branch of Zhengzhou Bureau of Ecology and Environment, three experts of cleaner production examination panel, Li Guanghui, Deputy Director of Xinkang Water, Xu Qinghua, a department director of Xinkang Water, Wan Haiwei, a section chief of Xinkang Water, as well as Wang Lu and Qin Zhimin from Henan Hongcheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
Before the meeting started, Deputy Plant Director Li Guanghui accompanied the delegation to view the online monitoring system, desilter, blower, and other major equipment on site. The delegation understood the basic situation of equipment operation in detail, and prepared for the objective and fair convening of this mid-term assessment meeting on cleaner production.
At the beginning of the meeting, Li Guanghui extended a warm welcome to all the attendees, and all parties present introduced themselves briefly. Afterward, Xu Qinghua gave a detailed report on the overview and operation of Xinkang Water, while Qin Zhimin gave a careful interpretation of the Cleaner Production Audit Report of Xinzheng Xinkang Water Co., Ltd. The representatives of the expert panel elaborated on the relevant issues in the cleaner production audit report respectively. After the comprehensive assessment by the expert panel, Xinkang Water successfully passed the mid-term assessment of cleaner production with a high score.
Li Guanghui expressed his sincere gratitude to the leaders and experts for their valuable opinions, adding that Xinkang Water will pass this final audit of cleaner production on time. Xinkang Water strives to achieve the cleaner production objectives of “energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction, and efficiency increase”, so as to make more achievements in economy and environment.
