It is located in Fenghuang Town, Linzi District, Zibo City, covering an area of more than 125 mu. The whole plant adopts the A/A/O process, with the actual treatment scale of 100,000 tons/day, which was put into operation in April 2008. Its effluent quality meets the level 1-A standard in the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002). The plant mainly accepts the domestic sewage in the west of Linzi City and Jiucunju Village as well as some industrial sewage from Qilu Chemical Industrial Zone, Linzi Economic Development Zone and Qicheng Agriculture Park.
