It is located in Caijiapo Town, Qishan County, covering an area of 77 mu. The whole plant adopts the CAST process, with a total treatment scale of 80,000 tons/day: The scale of the phase-1 project is 40,000 tons/day, which was put into operation in October 2009; the scale of the phase-2 project is 40,000 tons/day, which was put into operation in December 2016. Its effluent quality meets the level 1-A standard in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002).
