It is located in Jilin province, which was jointly constructed by Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. and Jilin Water Group Co., Ltd. Jilin Kangda Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., which was established in September 2011, is responsible for the construction and operation of this project. The construction of the project started in June 2011 and the phase-1 construction was completed by the end of 2011. The phase-I construction scale includes the civil engineering of 40,000 tons/day and the equipment installation of 20,000 tons/day. This reclaimed water project has been put into trial operation with a production capacity of 20,000 tons/day.
