It is located on Yanhe Street, Taoshan District, Qitaihe City, covering an area of 8.4 hectares. The whole plant consists of two parts: sewage treatment and reclaimed water utilization. Its sewage treatment scale is 50,000 tons/day and the biological multiplication process is adopted. Its effluent quality meets the level 1-A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002). Its treatment scale of the reclaimed water is 40,000 tons/day. According to the environmental protection acceptance result of Department of Environmental Protection of Heilongjiang Province, its effluent water quality has reached the reclaimed water reuse standards.
