Mr. Du Lindong, aged 57, holds a bachelor degree in International Trade from Lanzhou University, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). Mr. Du is currently an executive director and chief executive officer of China Financial International Investments Limited (Stock code: 721) (“China Financial International”) and was the chairman of China Financial International from 2010 to 2025 and the chief executive officer of China Water, which are listed on the main board of on the Stock Exchange. Mr. Du has over 25 years of experience in investment and finance sector in the PRC and he had held senior management positions in various unlisted investment companies incorporated in the PRC. He was appointed as an executive Director and the chairman of the Board on 4 February 2026.
