Strengthening Learning on System and Improving the Management

       In order to further fully implement various management systems of the Group, realize the effective and smooth implementation of relevant systems, and ensure the orderly development of various tasks, Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd., combining with the actual needs of work, on the basis of the "self-study of the systems" required in May and according to the 2019 training plan, actively carried out the event of "strengthening learning on system and improving the management" through the centralized learning method on the afternoon of July 19.



       The training was organized by the Comprehensive Management Department of Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd., and the Vice General Manager Yang Kai gave the speech, with more than 40 employees participating in the training. At the meeting, Vice General Manager Yang Kai gave a detailed explanation of more than 10 systems including "Recruitment Management System", "Labor Relationship Management System", "Welfare Management System", "Attendance Management System" and "Overtime Management System". Combining with the actual business processes and cases, such as: the actual problems and processes encountered when asking for leave and reporting back after leave of absence, etc., the implementation details and precautions of the relevant management regulations were analyzed, and the new and old system provisions were compared, and the participants were able to master the essentials of the systems, understand the original intention of the systems, and do well in reporting to leadership and making known to lower levels and laying the foundation for the benign development of the work in the next stage.

       Through the training and learning event, we have further cultivated the good habits of employees to abide by the company systems, act according to rules and regulations and procedures, reduce errors in work, and provide strong guarantee for accomplishing the goals of the year.
