On the afternoon of July 11, 2019, Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou Water Co., Ltd., Xinzheng Xinkang Water Co., Ltd. and Kangda (Xinzheng) Water Co., Ltd., under the leadership of General Manager Li Qiwen and Deputy General Manager Ge Jinfeng, organized all staff (except personnel on duty) to conduct the emergency training and the emergency drill for the leak of hazardous chemical substances (including hydrochloric acid and PFS) in Xingang Plant.

At the commencement of the drill, Li Junxia, Deputy Director of the Operation Department of Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou Water Co., Ltd. elaborated on the principle, purpose and classification of the emergency training, the procedures and process of the emergency response, as well as the arrangements of the emergency drill to the staff. Afterwards, under the guidance of Gao Yantao and Li Guanghui, field commanders in chief, all staff participated in the emergency drill for the leakage accident of hydrochloric acid and PFS solution. After the drill, commanders and personnel concerned analyzed the drill situation, and summarized the in-process problems and matters needing attention in routine patrol.

The emergency drill has not only enhanced the coordination skills of all staff for emergency rescue and coordination, but also reinforced staff's and leaders' psychological preparation for emergencies, which has brought the role of a contingency plan for preventing and dissolving risks into effective play, as well as strengthened the enterprise's comprehensive ability to cope with environmental emergencies.
