On the morning of April 12, 14 members of the Second Branch of Linyi Municipal Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau led by Meng Qingyu, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Linyi Municipal Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau, visited Beicheng Sewage Treatment Plant to carry out practical Party spirit educational activity. With the subject of "Learning about Sewage Treatment and Purifying Party Spirit", the activity aimed at strengthening the officials' knowledge of sewage treatment and their awareness of protecting water resource and water environment, so as to purify their Party spirits.

Liu Guangxu, General Manager of Beicheng Sewage Treatment Plant, accompanied the leaders of Linyi Municipal Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau throughout the process and introduced them the profile, production process, distribution of pipe network and standards for water discharge of Beicheng Sewage Treatment Plant. Then Liu Guangxu accompanied leaders to visit the production site, learn about the quality of inlet and outlet water and the operation of process sections, and have a detailed exchange of relevant information. Leaders at all levels made positive comments on the work of Kangda Linyi Water Affairs in improving water environment, and exchanged views in terms of the reuse of treated water.
