On the afternoon of March 4, 2019, Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd. held the Training Meeting on Basic Journal Account of Safety Production Management (hereinafter referred to as the "Training Meeting"). The Training Meeting was hosted by Yang Kai, Vice General Manager of Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water, and heads of all departments, group leaders and relevant personnel attended the Training Meeting. The deployment and training were conducted to comprehensively promote the construction of standard safety production and further improve the preparation of basic journal account of safety production management.

      In the process of the Training Meeting, Yang Kai pointed out that improving the responsibility system for safety production, standardizing the investigation and management of potential safety hazards, strengthening risk management and process control, and continuously improving the level of safety production management are important leverages for Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water to constantly standardize the work of safety production management. In recent years, Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water has achieved phased results in basic safety management and production site safety management. The site system and procedures, warning signs, personal protection, occupational health and other aspects have been significantly improved, and the intrinsic safety has been effectively guaranteed. However, there is still a certain gap compared with the standard requirements of safety production standardization. In particular, the basic safety management is still weak with some deficiencies that need further improvement and standardization.

      At the Training Meeting, according to the monitoring and management of hazard sources (points), registration of safety equipment and facilities, and occupational hazard management, the tasks were assigned to corresponding posts and personnel, aiming at standardizing and improving basic journal account of safety management and shoring up weak spot of safety by clarifying responsibilities and personnel. Personnel attending the Training Meeting also learned the spirit and content of theResponsibilities and Requirements for Safety and Health Responsibility Areas of All Posts in Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd.. In combination with the actual situation of Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water and the working experience in safety production management, a special training was conducted on how to establish a sound basic journal account of safety management, achieving the expected purpose.
