On the morning of January 23, leaders of the "looking back" work coordination liaison group of the central ecological environmental protection inspection group visited Xinxian County Guohuan Sewage Treatment Plant to inspect and supervise the progress of environmental protection special action. Accompanied by Zhu Qingguang, Plant Manager of Xinxian Guohuan Plant, they received a detailed report on the operation of the action.

The inspection group conducted careful examination on the field operation management and operation equipment and facilities of Xinxian Guohuan Plant, and listened carefully to the detailed explanation of Manager Zhu Qingguang on the sewage treatment process, sewage treatment effect, and sludge disposal and emission reduction.

Later, the leaders of the inspection group fully affirmed and highly appraised the achievements made by Xinxian Guohuan Plant in the environmental protection special action, and stressed that they should continue to attach importance to and strengthen the environmental protection special work. The inspection group required that Xinxian Guohuan Plant should strengthen environmental protection publicity to raise the awareness of the whole society on environmental protection, and consolidate the construction of system and mechanism to better guarantee the environmental protection work; and they also hoped that everyone would continue to earnestly implement the requirements and solidly carry out the work of environmental protection special action, so as to promote the continuous improvement of environmental quality.

Leaders of the plant said that the inspection work was an impetus to the environmental protection of Xinxian County Guohuan Sewage Treatment Plant. They will take this inspection as an opportunity to carefully sort out the opinions and requirements put forward by the inspection group, study the rectification measures according to the actual problems found in the inspection, and perfect and implement them item by item within a time limit.
