      On August 19, 2017, Kangda Group organized the Seminar and Training on Business Development at the multifunction conference hall of its headquarters.Chairman Zhao Juanxianattended the seminar as training instructor and delivereda keynote speech, explainingintensively about the “Business Modesof PPP Project Investment and How to Develop Business under the New Situation.” Senior leaders of Kangdasuch as President Zhong Weizhong, Vice-presidents Wang Tianci and Qian Feng, and regional companies, branch offices, business departments andheads of relevant functional departments participated in the seminar.

      The Chairmanpointed outthat “policy-oriented, market-centered, problem-based and result-targeted”guidelinesshould be set forth to give great impetus toinnovation for all regional companies, branch offices and businessdepartment’s further development. Innovation ideas should be translated into practice in the fields of technology, business model, market and capital. In addition, he emphasized that to accelerate the upgrading of Group’s whole industrial chain, regional companies and joint ventures should enlarge business scope and strengthencompetitiveness, actively promote self-localization and make greater efforts tointegrate talents, forming a strong management mechanism.
