At local time in the morning on May 6, the Environmental Protection delegation of Kangda conducted friendly exchanges and discussions with the Constanta Provincial Government, GovernorMr. Tutuianu and Provincial Government Officials on the topics ofenvironmental conditions, enhancing friendly exchanges with Kangda and promotingpragmatic cooperation of Kangda's projects in Constanta province.
Governor Mr. Tutuianu said, "At present, the relations between China and Romania have witnessed a good momentum of development, and we hope to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Constantaprovince and provinces and cities in China. He is willing to work in his tenure with all levels of government in the province to provide support and help for the landing of Jingmai industrial park project in in Constanta province.

Under the co-supervision and testimony of the governor of Constanta province and the mayor of the capital Constanta, Environmental Protection delegation of Kangda and RAJA Company held a final consultation on the specific details of the cooperation between the two sides and finally reached an agreement. The two sides successfully signed the "Cooperation Agreement."
Xu Feihong, Chinese Ambassador to the Romanian Embassy, cordially met with the delegation of Kanda. Chairman Zhao Junxian briefed Ambassador Xu on the development course, business segment and main achievements of the group, and shared the whole strategic concept of Central and Eastern Europe with Romania as a starting point. Ambassador Xu said that Romania is an important country in the "16 + 1 cooperation mechanism", and Constanta port is the largest one in the " three harborscooperation" area, so we have great cooperative potentiality and space in infrastructure construction and industrial park development. Ambassador Xu expressed his appreciation for the Kangda Group's positive response to the call of "the Belt and Road" and high expectations of the ambitions and market acumen of the Central and Eastern Europe as a whole for the Romanian environmentalprotection market ahead of schedule.
Chairman Mr. Zhao Junxian with Vice President Zhou Haifan, had a brief and friendly meeting with Ms. Gavrilescu, Vice Premier and Minister of Environment Department of Romania. Gavrilescu said, "In recent years, China has invested a lot in pollution prevention, ecological protection, clean energy, garbage collection and so on, achieving remarkable results and obtaining rich experience to contribute to global climate governance. The delegation also visited Brasov, Romania, and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the mayor of Ferglas. The two sides hoped to further explore the environmental problems of the city.
