On April 20, the Consortium for bids, which involved Kangda International Environmental Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Techand Ecology & Environment Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Water Investment Group, won the bidding of “PPP Project of the ecological protection and the comprehensive management project along the Fuhe River of Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province (Phase I)”. The preliminary overall investment of this project is estimated as RMB 48,140.89 million, and a part of investment and construction project is assumed by Kangda International Environmental Co., Ltd.
      The project is operated in BOT mode, and covers an implementing range of Fuzhou Urban District, Linchuan District, Jinxi County, Nancheng County, Nanfeng County, Guangchang County, Dongxiang County, Chongren County and Yihuang County. The People’s Government of Fuzhou City commissioned Fuzhou Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. as investor representative on behalf of Government to build a project company together with transaction social capitals. Fuzhou Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. accounts for a proportion of 10% while the transaction social capitals account for 90%, and the registered capital of the project company accounts for 20% of project construction investment. The overall term of project cooperation is set as 20  years, which involves a construction period of 2 years and an operation period of 18 years.
