Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kangda Group), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Kangda International Environmental Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kangda EP), received the transaction-concluding notice from Shandong Province Lucheng Tendering Co., Ltd. recently, indicating that Kangda Group won the contract of Weihai Nanhai New District, West Jinhai Road and Haiyun Road Utility Tunnel Construction PPP Project through the competitive consultation process.

      The project will be constructed in Weihai City, Shandong Province. With a total length of about 4,177 m and a total investment of about RMB 808 million, it will be constructed with build-operate-transfer mode after the signing of project contract between Kangda EP and relevant government authorities or the group appointed by the government authorities.
