In this fruitful golden season of autumn, in order to further carry forward the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation for "respecting, caring for and helping the elderly", Kangda EP Volunteers Team under the leadership of President Zhang Weizhong came to the Mu'er Nursing Home and Shixie Nursing Home in Mu'er Town, Yubei District at 9:00 am on October 28 to usher in the Double Ninth Festival. The team paid visit to 130 homeless elderly persons in these two nursing homes, extending the care and the festival greetings of all staff of Kangda EP to them, and bringing the festival joy to all elderly persons.

      In this condolence activity hosted by Head Tang of Mu'er Nursing Home, President Zhang on behalf of the group company donated projector equipment, table tennis tables, water heaters and other recreational facilities and domestic appliances to the nursing homes, as well as presented each of the elderly persons gifts like milk and tissue.

Head Yang of Mu'er Nursing Home and Head Li of Shixie Nursing Home expressed that the considerate condolence activity of Kangda EP this time has given the elderly its care and warmth. They quite appreciated the concern and help of leaders and the Volunteers Team of the group. Later, Head Yang accompanied President Zhang to conduct the field visit to the two nursing homes. President Zhang also cordially chatted with the elderly to understand their living needs and psychological conditions and told them to take good care of themselves. 

      The members of the Volunteers Team had a heart-to-heart talk with the old people, talked about their daily life, and listened to the their recall of the youth and the daily life. In addition, the volunteers cleared up rooms and carried comforts for the elderly.

      Cleaning up the public environment of the nursing homes, they sent ardent care to the elderly, and created a joyful atmosphere in the nursing homes.
