On the morning of August 29, Kangda Intl. Environmental Co., Ltd (Kangda EP) invited power technicians from Henan Zhonghongxing Power Engineering Co., Ltd. to conduct annual inspection of the company's high-voltage substation equipment, according to the annual plan of 2019.

      This scheduled inspection was mainly aimed at AC withstand voltage test of transformer winding, direct-current resistance of transformer winding, insulation inspection, winding polarity checking and transformer ground resistance test, and it also included a regular test for high voltage substation equipment.
