      On the afternoon of November 6, 2019, the on-post staff (except those on duty) of Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou Water Co., Ltd., Xinzheng Xinkang Water Co., Ltd. and Kangda (Xinzheng) Water Co., Ltd. in Xinzheng Area were organized to attend the fire safety lecture hosted by Zhengzhou Fire Protection Association on the occasion of National Fire Prevention Day on November 9.

      In the lecture, Instructor Lv from Zhengzhou Fire Protection Association was invited to teach face to face the knowledge related to fire safety. He introduced in detail the use of dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers and water based fire extinguishers. Also, he personally demonstrated the use of fire blankets and life-saving hammers, which marked a big step forward for the staff in terms of transferring the knowledge they learned in the book into actual operation. After the lecture, all the staff was organized to participate in the fire evacuation drill led by Instructor Lv, which was aimed at improving their emergency evacuation abilities. 

      "Hidden dangers are more dangerous than fire; fire prevention is better than disaster relief." Through this drill, the staff mastered how to escape from the fire, with the expected purpose of the drill achieved. It is of great significance to conduct publicity and education of fire safety and organize emergency drill regularly. Because they can increasingly improve the abilities of officials and staff to deal with sudden disasters and reduce casualties and losses caused by various disasters.

      Disaster is merciless and life is priceless. Taking precautions to prevent fire is always the most important point in fire safety education. All the officials and staff will take this fire evacuation drill as an opportunity to master the general knowledge and skills of emergency evacuation; they will summarize their gains and losses in this evacuation drill in time, so as to do a better job in the safety of the factories in Xinzheng Area; they will make unremitting efforts to create a safe working environment in Xinzheng Area
