On the afternoon of November 12, 2019, the Party branch volunteer service activity of Wenzhou City Construction and Development Project Preliminary Research Center was held in Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd. Zhu Zhengzheng, lecturer of Red Cross Society of China Zhejiang Branch, conducted an emergency rescue skill training for all employees of the company. 

      According to the work nature and characteristics of Wenzhou Chuangyuan front-line employees, based on actual examples of daily work and life, the lecturer from the Red Cross Society arranged a comprehensive and excellent emergency rescue skill training for the employees by means of explanation, asking questions, on-site drills and other methods. The training contents include "cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)", emergency rescue techniques (hemostasis and bandaging) and treatment of common unexpected injuries.
  

  

 

  

      In the rescue training and drill phase, the lecturer of Red Cross Society mainly gave explanations and practical demonstrations to the employees on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, bandaging, etc. Under the guidance of the lecturer, each participating employee practiced CPR on the medical patient simulator and corrected the mistakes in the rescue process. The employees were enthusiastic and eager to try, creating an active atmosphere. The lecturer also demonstrated the essentials of hemostasis and bandaging for the employees by using the bandage and triangular towel prepared in advance.

      Through this training, the employees not only learned the operation methods of CPR, but also mastered the first-aid knowledge for bleeding, scalding, etc., which raised their awareness that "first aid should be learned by and for everyone", and improved their ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue to work and live safely.
