      In order to promote the operation of Longkou Yongwen River Sewage Treatment Plant Project as soon as possible, improve the ecological environment of Yongwen River Basin and circum-Bohai-Sea area, and improve the living quality of Longkou residents, Lv Bo, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Longkou Municipal Committee and Mayor of Longkou, visited Longkou Yongwen River Sewage Treatment Plant Project of Longkou Kangyuan Water Co., Ltd. at 15: 00 pm on November 21, acompanied by Deputy Mayor Zhao Shujie, Environmental Protection Agency Director Tang Maoguang, Water Supplies Bureau Head Shan Chengyu, and Xufu Street Office Director Song Mingde.

      Mayor Lv Bo, Deputy Mayor Zhao Shujie and other investigators inspected AAO-MBBR biochemical pool and were briefed by Huang Mingxing, General Manager of Longkou Kangyuan Water Co., Ltd., on the construction and commissioning of Yongwen River Sewage Treatment Plant. Mayor Lv Bo praised the achievements made by Longkou Kangyuan in the commissioning phase, and put forward specific arrangements and requirements for the construction of the remaining projects of Yongwen River Sewage Treatment Plant and its future production and operation. In the meantime, he gave specific guidance against the acts of illegal discharge and over-discharge in upstream enterprises.
