On the afternoon of February 8, Teng Weibing, Deputy Director of Linying County Urban Administrative Bureau and his delegation went to Linying Sewage Treatment Plant to inspect and guide the epidemic prevention and control work. Teng first inspected the pharmacy dosing room and disinfection tank. After a detailed understanding of the preparation and dosing process of chlorine dioxide, he proposed to strengthen disinfection work of the sewage treatment plant, ensure the normal dosage of disinfectant and the index of effluent fecal coliform meet the requirement of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. Transportation and disposal of excess sludge must be carefully handled to prevent the spread of the virus. At the same time, it was suggested to arrange reasonable production shifts for employees to avoid crowding of personnel. Personal safety protection measures need to be strengthened. Temperature of the personnel on duty must be checked and registered every day. Once a person has fever, cough and other symptoms, it is necessary to timely arrange for medical treatment and report to the leadership. At last, Teng also emphasized the matters needing attention of during the use of disinfectant and alcohol. He hoped that we can do a good job of self-protection to get through the epidemic together.
