      After the outbreak of the epidemic, Yu Gang, General Manager of the Company has quickly made deployment and requirements. He has put the life safety and health of employees, especially front-line employees, at the top of the work, taken the stable operation of the Company and guaranteeing that discharged treated sewage will meet discharge standards as the core, analyzed risks of epidemic prevention and control, made arrangements for epidemic prevention and control, and organized a team of Charun to fight against the epidemic, taking practical actions to contribute to the battle of epidemic prevention and control.

      In the face of the ferocious epidemic, the leading team and employees helmed by the General Manager Yu Gang, all volunteered to spend their holiday working in the front line of fighting against the epidemic and for the company production and operation at the critical moment.       Protective equipment such as masks, goggles, thermometers, gloves, disinfectant, and alcohol have been purchased immediately and distributed to every on-duty employee. The temperature of the employees on duty have been monitored, and those who have fever, fatigue, dry cough and other symptoms of the infection have been sent to be confirmed in time. The employees who have been diagnosed or suspected with the infection have left their posts immediately for isolation and medical treatment. All the measures are taken to do a good job in the epidemic prevention and control. All office areas and related facilities have been thoroughly disinfected no less than once a day, with the operating personnel conducting the disinfection strictly in accordance with operation instructions. The management and control at the gates has been strengthened. All the exits of the factory have been closed, with only one gate open for the employees to come in and go out. All outsiders will not be allowed to enter the factory without permission. The management and control of the canteen has also been strengthened. The canteen has been disinfected more than twice a day. For the employees having meals in the canteen, they have obeyed the principles of one table for each person and leaving immediately after meals, so as to avoid cross infection. The WeChat platform has been used to publicize epidemic prevention knowledge, and every employee has been required to learn and do self-protection. All the employees have been required not to believe or spread rumors, and to prevent and control the epidemic       scientifically and effectively in accordance with law.
      Conduct Emergency Dispatch and Give Priority to Medicament
      Due to the tense and long-lasting epidemic situation, the delay in resumption of work of some manufacturers and the transportation control of setting up check posts, the Company is in dire need of sodium acetate, sodium hypochlorite, polyaluminum chloride and other medicament that must be used for the Company's production and operation, with the production and operation of the Company in jeopardy and the discharge of treated sewage facing great challenges. In order to smoothly solve the shortage and ensure that materials arrive on time, the related departments at the higher level have actively coordinated and assisted in the procurement of epidemic prevention materials. Multiple departments have tried their best to communicate across regions in order to connect the transport route of the medicaments. Through the joint efforts of the leaders at the higher levels, our Company and manufacturers, we have finally obtained a special vehicle pass in the shortest time, which has ensured continuous power for the normal operation of our plant, and helped the plant avoid the risk of the excessive discharge of effluent due to the stagnation of production.
Faced with the cruel epidemic, despite a lot of difficulties, we have forged ahead together. The front-line workers have stuck to their posts 24 hours a day, never thinking of giving up, and a lot of employees have volunteered to take part in the fight against the epidemic, who have protected the equipment, stabilized the operation of the plant, and guaranteed the quality of discharged treated sewage.
