On the morning of April 30, 2020, Secretary of the CPC Qitaihe Municipal Committee Yang Tingshuang, Secretary-general of Qitaihe Municipal People's Government and Secretary of the CPC Taoshan District Committee Chen Zhi, Taoshan District Mayor Wang Yang, Director of Qitaihe Urban Management Bureau Zhang Jianhua, Director of Bureau of Ecology and Environment Wang Yanqing, and Director of Qitaihe Water Authority Wang Huixiang paid a visit to Kangda (Qitaihe) Water Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance. 

      Secretary Yang and the delegation listened to the report delivered by Wu Baoquan, the general manager of Kangda (Qitaihe) Water Co., Ltd. on the production operation of Phase I and the capacity expansion progress and epidemic containment of Phase II.

      Secretary Yang highly affirmed that the company played a positive role in the "comprehensive treatment of Woken River". In the meantime, he underscored the company should keep working on the epidemic containment for staff working in the factory and on-site while ensuring safety production and work schedule, making continuous contributions to the successful completion of the management of Woken River.
