In order to improve staff's basic knowledge of fire fighting and safety awareness, strengthen their self-protection ability, effectively and orderly evacuate personnel and properties, foster the ability to respond to and escape from an emergency fire accident, and ensure the life security of staff and the property safety of the company, Shangqiu No. 5 Sewage Treatment Plant specially invited Zhong Yunfeng, a senior instructor of the Production Safety Center for Fire Prevention to organize the Fire Safety Knowledge Training and Field Fire Fighting Drill for all staff on May 19, 2020.
      At 14:30, the activity was formally launched. Zhong Yunfeng first explained the fire fighting knowledge training to all participating staff in detail, and demonstrated the use of water-based fire extinguisher, multi-function self-rescue torch, fire blanket, smoke mask and other fire-fighting equipment on the spot. Later, Zhong Yunfeng taught all staff how to stifle an initial fire hazard and escape from and save themselves in a fire disaster. Under the guidance of the instructor, all staff completed the field fire fighting drill.
      Through this fire fighting drill, the safety awareness and fire fighting ability of the staff have been significantly enhanced, and they have further understood the fire safety knowledge and improved their coping capacity against fire, which not only ensures the safe and effective implementation of various tasks of the company, but also guarantees the safety of the employees' families.
