With the purpose of promoting the construction of integrity culture in the enterprise, regulating employees' professional behaviors, improving employees' awareness of integrity and self-discipline as well as their accomplishment, and implementing the Group's requirements for combating corruption and upholding integrity, Shangqiu Kangda Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. held a special study meeting for all employees on the afternoon of May 22, 2020. At the meeting, employees learned the Internal Audit Management System, Code of Business Conduct-Anti-fraud, Code of Business Conduct-Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery, Policies for Employee Reporting, and the "'Learning System for Combating Corruption and Upholding Integrity' from Charun Water Treatment" issued by the Group. Through       

       the meeting, all employees realized that they should raise the awareness of the overall political situation, and understand the serious harm of corruption and fraud to the enterprise. Leaders of the plant analyzed cases for employees, with the aim to make employees consciously observe discipline, consolidate the defense line of combating corruption, thoroughly implement the relevant system of the Group for combating corruption and upholding integrity, and become an "incorruptible, self-disciplined person with good behaviors". 

       After the meeting, employees' consciousness of integrity has been enhanced, which enables them to combat corruption while upholding integrity, abide by the Group's system for anti-corruption management, actively prevent integrity-related risks, improve the capability of integrity supervision, and reinforce the defense line of anti-corruption.
