      On June 9, 2020, Weihai Kangda organized its staff to learn the Employee Manual issued by the group company, through which staff gained more in-depth knowledge of the company's development, culture and rules and regulations, providing the basis for company's effective management in the future. Everyone deeply understood that strengthening the execution of rules and regulations is a guarantee for the company's rapid development; every staff shoulders the weighty responsibility of strictly enforcing each rule and regulation.       Through the study, we have realized that we should set strict demands on ourselves, thereby improving our initiative and motility in practical work, and performing our duties strictly as required by rules and regulations.

      After learning the Employee Manual, the company's leaders also invited the staff of the Rushan Red Cross Society to the scene to carry out the training course on CPR for the employees, to improve daily emergency awareness, popularize basic first-aid skills, improve emergency response capabilities, and help employees master CPR-related skills. Teachers' detailed explanations and the staff's actual drills on the site ensured that the activity achieved practical results. Through this training, employees have enhanced safety awareness and the ability to self and mutual rescue, respond to emergencies, as well as first-aid capabilities.
