Emergent Drill for Flood and Typhoon Prevention and Power Cut Security 

      To reduce safety accident and eliminate safety pitfalls, on the afternoon of May 27, 2020, based on the Group’s unified deployment, integrating annual safety drill scheme and targeting at the weather of multiple typhoons and rainstorms and actual situation of likely power cut in the city, Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd., under the leadership of safety production leadership team with General Manager Yu Gang as its core, and firmly adhering to the policy of “safety first, prevention foremost and comprehensive management”, organized an emergent drill for flood and typhoon prevention and power cut security among all the staff.

      Combined with reality, the event was effective and basically reached its goal with orderly preparation and organization. The corporation has been always keeping its eyes on safe production and highlighting the principle of “keep safety in mind for every second when you are on your position”. Based on the emergencies in the past years and prediction of the extreme weather, it will also prepare the content of drill and organize knowledge training for all the staff on a regular basis to require all functional departments to take a quick action for standing-by of personnel organization, action deployment, safety hazard investigation and prevention, failure disposal as well as tool and equipment preparation when an emergency occurs. The drill is set to minimize the negative impact on daily production and operation on the premise of protecting life and equipment safety amid an emergent occasion. 
      To magnify the effect of the drill, more effort will be put into points of “innovation, practicability, and safety”. For innovation, according to the characteristics of contingency plans for every single emergency, the organization and coordination of the drill was innovated to model the overlapped situation of multiple emergency plans for typhoons, rainstorms, power cuts, casualties, etc., as well as for safety scenarios under extreme situation. For practicability, the Production and Operation Department, with a view to practically secure the drill effect by modifying the drill scheme by integrating features of drills in previous years, made the PowerPoint presentation in advance, revised all special plans, and made early preparation for the activity. For safety, potential risks at all links were carefully analyzed, with the focus on overall power cut in the whole plant and solutions to resume orderly and efficiently and make procedures for references during the emergency. 
      Yu Gang, general manager of the company, made a conclusion and required to further promote the training on safety for employees, strengthen the staff's awareness of safe operation and their ability to correctly grasp the methods for flood control and typhoon resistance, and check and dispose safety hazards on site, so as to clearly state the responsibility target of work safety, normalize routine management and standardize on-site disposal and implementation, and then further realize "awareness improvement, more conscious action and implementation of measures", firmly prevent and control major accidents, create a good environment for safety production and ensure the life and property safety of the employees of Chuangyuan.
