On June 30, enterprises in Jining held a working meeting on safe production in the flood season in 2020. The meeting, chaired by Li Wei, general manager of the company, was attended by relevant personnel from Jining Kangda EP Water Co., Ltd., Jining Xin Kangda Water Co., Ltd. and Jining Meiling Sewage Purification Co., Ltd. The meeting conveyed the group's spirit of rigidly implementing safe production in the flood season, and made deployment for enterprises in Jining to ensure safe production and daily operation.
      GM Li Wei requested that all companies should meticulously implement the responsibility for prevention and control of safety risks during the flood season and put more effort into on-site control and work. First, each company should set up a leading group for safety production in the flood season, with the general manager as the team leader, to strengthen emergency duty, ensuring that safety work can be put in place in time. Second, companies should intensively inspect flood prevention and control measures implemented in production fields, conduct comprehensive investigations for potential safety hazards that may be caused by flood, pay special attention to the inspection and prevention of key facilities and the rectification of hidden dangers, and do a good job in flood-fighting materials reserve. Third, efforts in inspecting and urging companies should be put to make emergency plans for flood prevention, carry out flood prevention emergency drills, closely follow rainfall, keep abreast of meteorological and flood situations, give timely warnings, strengthen inspections, and enhance drainage facilities check. Fourth, companies should reinforce supervision and assessment for flood prevention work, and companies' leaders should lead teams to conduct safe production inspection during the flood season and actively facilitate various safety precautions down to earth, ensuring that no production accidents happen.
