       On July 3, 2020, Wang Zhangyin, general manager of Shanxian County Water Plant, organized all employees to learn the new Employee Handbook issued by the Group, to facilitate employees to have a deeper understanding of the group's culture as well as rules and regulations and further enhance the sense of duty and executive capability of employees. General Manager Wang pointed out, the Employee Handbook is an effective management tool of an enterprise, a guideline of employees and an important instructive and normative document for the company's routine management. As a member of the big family Kangda EP, every employee should strictly follow the Employee Handbook as a criterion. 
       Through this training, all participants had a clearer understanding of their work norms. It is believed that in future work, they can be stricter with themselves, increase work efficiency and grow with Kangda EP.
