To thoroughly implement the requirements in the Notice on Practically Carrying out the Flood Control Work in 2020 issued by the Group and make all the preparations for "flood control, emergency rescue and disaster relief", the Gaomi No.2 Plant, with an active response, drew up and improved emergency plan for flood control, strengthened organization and leadership, clarified responsibility, put it into practice on a personal level, and reserved available emergency supplies in case of flood incidents and extremely severe convection weather that may cause damages to the plant.
      Gaomi No.2 Plant purchased more than 10 cubic meters of sand and gravel, which were bagged by production personnel and placed at the gates of the plant, dosing room, dehydration room and other workshops, to prevent backflow of rainwater that results from failing to drain the water in time; the General Department timely purchased flood control equipment for all departments such as umbrellas, raincoats, rain shoes, and explosion-proof headlamps. In the meantime, the plant strengthened the safety knowledge training to the staff. It was required that going out in the rainy season for inspection should be conducted by two people together, wearing life vests and insulation water shoes and paying attention to slippery roads in case of accidental falls at pools and stairs. The plant would put the life safety of employees in the first place in a practical manner.
      The responsibility for flood control safety is extremely heavy. It is necessary to take safe flood control seriously at all times. With a solid attitude toward work, meticulous work style, and good preparations for flood control, we have resolute confidence in winning the battle against the flood.
