      To further enhance staff’s ability to test water quality and better carry out water quality testing in three sewage treatment plants of Meiling Environment Technology (Zibo) Co., Ltd, on July 14, Zihe Plant organized four laboratory technicians to visit the Water Quality Testing Center of Shandong Neolith Testing Co., Ltd. for learning. 
      The laboratory technicians first made a basic understanding of the relevant work of the Water Quality Testing Center, and then focused on systematic learning of COD, NH3-N, TN, TP and other experiments, watched the laboratory operation process at the scene, listened to the explanations on the experimental steps given by relevant responsible persons, recorded the keys to operation and precautions in detail, and actively communicated with the problems encountered in the experimental operation. 
      The study and exchange in the visit have further improved the professional quality of laboratory technicians in Zihe Plant, which will contribute to more reliable and accurate laboratory data in future production.
