————A delegation led by Li Guoqiang, deputy director of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone Office, pays a visit to Kangda 

      On the afternoon of July 14, a four-member delegation including Li Guoqiang, deputy director of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone Office (CFTZ Office) and Cheng Zhu, director of the Open Economic Development Department, visited the headquarters of Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (Kangda EP) for investigation, accompanied by Yi Jianhua, director of the General Department and Wen Wei, director of the Investment and Development Department.

      After arriving at the company, the delegation led by Director Li was given a brief introduction to the development history of Kangda EP via a promotional video of the company. Following that, they listened carefully to a brief report delivered by Wen Wei. After listening to the report, Director Li briefly introduced the purpose of the visit. He said that to implement the requirements of the Notice of the Municipal Government on Establishing and Perfecting the Whole Process Service System of Foreign Investment and strive to create a favorable business environment for foreign-invested enterprises, the CFTZ Office will actively implement the "administrative service butler" system for foreign-invested enterprises in the district, and will adopt "one-to-one" or "one-to-many" matching methods to provide foreign-invested enterprises in its jurisdiction with services, including policy consultation, coordinating project operation, and solve practical difficulties encountered in the business process, across the board. To strengthen the communication between government and enterprises, the CFTZ Office has set up special work contacts for foreign-funded enterprises within the district. In the future, Director Cheng Zhu will be responsible for connecting with the Kangda EP. Director Wen expressed gratitude to the support for Kangda EP provided by the district government. At the same time, Wen also highly appreciated the enormous efforts by the CFTZ Office in perfecting work measures, improving work service, meticulously implementing "Butler Service Mode for Enterprises" and creating a favorable business environment. It is firmly believed that the Kangda EP will embrace an increasingly better business environment in the district. Afterward, the two sides candidly exchanged views on issues of common concern such as overseas financing, financial leasing and "going out", and the meeting ended in a friendly atmosphere.
