On July 14, 2020, Tianjin Kangda Water Co., Ltd. held a meeting to convey and learn the spirit of Notice on Making Practical Responses to the Flood in 2020 and Notice on Strengthening Safety Management in Summer both issued by Kangda EP. All team leaders and leaders above the department level attended the meeting.

      The meeting stressed that with the arrival of summer, the gradually rising temperature may easily induce frequent accidents. In response to potential safety hazards, all employees were requested to eliminate paralysis and improve precaution awareness, so as to do a good job in heatstroke prevention, such as timely preparing heatstroke drugs and carefully checking the wearing and use of personal labor protection appliances. The operation and production should be conducted as required to avoid any violation operations. In addition, deployment for electric safety, safe driving and fire prevention were made at the meeting. 

      Since the beginning of this summer, due to the frequent occurrence of heavy rains and floods, all parts of the country are faced with the severe situation of floods. According to the Notices, all employees should establish the awareness of "making responses to floods, disasters and hazards". Leading officials should take the lead to be on duty and implement responsibilities, ensuring the normal operation of machinery equipment and sewage treatment during the flood season. 
After the meeting, all teams and departments took active actions to arrange work for their own departments according to the Notices.
