——————"Coolness in Summer" Activity in Jiaozuo Area

       On July 23, Yuan Jianguang, general manager of Jiaozuo Area and chairman of Jiaozuo Federation of Trade Unions, together with other leaders of the Trade Unions, visited front-line staff in the water treatment plants within this area and distributed heatstroke prevention products, bringing refreshing coolness and loving care of the company and trade unions to the staff. 
       During the visit, leaders put the easement such as towels, washing powder, shampoo and cups in the hands of the staff, asked about their working and physical conditions, expressed gratitude that they braved high temperature, held fast to their position and made selfless contributions, advised them to pay attention to heatstroke prevention while working hard, in order to guarantee their personal health and safety. 
       Mr. Yuan emphasized that, all the plants should pay great attention to safety production and operation during the high-temperature season, earnestly take various heatstroke prevention measures, implement labor protection, flexibly arrange field operation schedule according to summer temperature, flexible on-site work time, avoid intensive physical labor in the high-temperature period, extremely hot environment or under the scorching sun, and create a better living environment for the staff. 

This activity has long been held in the Jiaozuo Area to serve and support the staff, which reflects the people-oriented management philosophy of the company. It brings love and warmth to the staff, inspires their enthusiasm, and ensures the safety production of plants during high-temperature season.
