————An Advanced Learning Following the First Aid Training on July 23 

       On July 30, Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd. specially invited Captain Xie of Wenzhou Emergency Rescue Team for Hazardous Chemicals to carry out training and learning on self-contained breathing apparatus for staff, aiming to further strengthen staff's awareness of safety protection, improve their ability to use self-contained breathing apparatus and emergency rescue and prevent personal injury incidents from happening during operations in limited spaces. 

       First of all, Yang Kai, vice general manager, organized everyone to carefully study the Regulations on Safety Management of Operations in Limited Spaces by Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd. and elaborated in detail the technical operation specifications, accident prevention, emergency rescue and site safety management of operations in limited spaces. Laying stress on the relevant regulations of operations in limited spaces, Vice GM Yang made it clear that operations in limited spaces must be conducted in compliance with basic principles and requirements, so as to lay a favorable theoretical foundation for the company to well manage operations in limited spaces.

        

       Soon afterward, Captain Xie of Wenzhou Emergency Rescue Team for Hazardous Chemicals gave an all-round explanation on self-contained breathing apparatus, a kind of necessary protective equipment for limited space, ranging from basic parts to assembly. Relying on various teaching models including theory explanation and on-the-spot presentation, Xie delivered a meticulous explanation on the basic structure and performance of self-contained breathing apparatus and the correct way to detect pressure relief and leakage, which helped staff acquire knowledge of how to use and maintain the self-contained breathing apparatus. 

       Under the guidance of Captain Xie, the participating staff went through the actual operation and on-site assessment. All the trained staff completed the wearing and use of self-contained breathing apparatus within 60 seconds. The training and testing enable staff to familiarize themselves with the use, maintenance and operation of the equipment. 

       After the training, Vice GM Yang Kai stressed that the training was advanced learning following the first aid training on July 23. The content of the training closely revolved around the safety protection of operations in limited spaces at the Wenzhou Xipian Sewage Treatment Plant. It aimed to organize more targeted, professional and operational training and learning to consolidate the achievements of emergency rescue training. It required everyone to continue to strengthen practice, exercise the ability to respond quickly to sudden operating accidents in limited spaces, improve emergency self-rescue and mutual rescue skills, and build a solid safety production line of defense for the better and faster development of Chuangyuan Water.
