On July 30, Kangda Environmental Protection (Shangqiu) Water Co., Ltd. held a symposium for veterans to celebrate the Army Day. The Plant Manager Pan Hongxia, Secretary of Party Branch Li Maojun, representatives of veterans of Shangqiu No.1 Sewage Treatment Plant, No.5 Sewage Treatment Plant and No.6 Sewage Treatment Plant, and representatives of military families attended the symposium. 

       At the symposium, Secretary Li Maojun, on behalf of the Party branch, first extended holiday greetings to all veterans and extended warmest regards to their families. Then, the participants made active speeches and shared their experiences in joining the army. Some once were gunners, some were signal corps, and some were armed police. When they recalled what they had done to pursue their absolute devotion to the Party and the people during their military career, happiness and pride were hanging on their faces. Everyone was grateful to the CPC Central Committee for its deep concern and policies for professional and demobilized soldiers. They were also thankful for the company's Party branch for its great attention and care to veterans, as well as the constant help in solving veterans' difficulties in work and life. Deeply touched by the experience in the military and work, they will further keep in alignment with the Central Party leadership and establish political awareness. 
       Everyone said that although they had been discharged from the army, they would stay true to their original aspirations. All of them will pass on the fine traditions as soldiers, constantly stick to military virtues and serve society with a foothold in the enterprise.
