      At 9 a.m. on July 29, the Linying Blue Sky Rescue Team was invited to Linying Plant again to hold training on first aid knowledge and CPR for staff.

      Every team member of the Blue Sky Rescue Team that provided training for employees has undergone professional training and holds a Certificate for First Aider, and three of them are doctors from the Emergency Department of Linying County People's Hospital. The instructors gave detailed explanations to staff from two parts: theoretical study and practical training. 

      Dr. Guo and Dr. Yang from the County People's Hospital first explained the basic procedures and standardized operations of CPR, as well as the procedures and precautions for wound dressing, and conducted actual presentation through the mannequin. As it was the first time for Linying Plant to carry out training on first aid and CPR, everyone was highly motivated to study carefully and practice external chest compressions in turns. The members of the Blue Sky Rescue Team patiently guided by the side and tirelessly taught everyone the correct and standardized first aid operations via the mannequin.

      The lively and interesting training activity not only further enhanced staff's safety and first aid knowledge and self-protection awareness, but also effectively improved their CPR and first aid skills. After the training, staff said that they would stay calm when encountering such emergencies in future life and work, adding that they hoped to attend more training like this to master more first aid skills, which will play a guaranteed role for the company, their families and friends.
