Thirdly, by strengthening exchanges with associate units, it can find the gaps, improve weak links and leverage advantages to absorb advanced management concepts and modes and improve the quality of economic operation. Fourthly, the company should fully understand the cultural connotation of China's water enterprises, guide its employees to firmly establish the ideological concept of "contributing to society with water as the orientation", and practice the values of "selfless contribution, attentive service, constant transcendence and all-win harmony".
