————Massed learning on the working spirit of the group company in the first half of the year by Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd. 


      On the morning of August 5, Wenzhou Chuangyuan Water Co., Ltd. convened employees to learn the spirit of the work summary meeting of Kangda EP in the first half of the year. The General Manager Yu Gang presided over the meeting and made arrangements for the second half of the year. Deputy General Manager Yang Kai, officials at and above the level of team leaders and related staff attended the meeting.
      The meeting conveyed the important speeches of Chairman Li Zhong and President Duan Linnan, demanding that in the second half of the year, the company should seize opportunities to make progress and turn pressure into motivation. It will make all-out efforts in the collection of water charges and stick to the development lifeline of Kangda EP. With the consistent and delicacy management of subordinated water plants, it will be committed to making extra achievements in the overhaul and maintenance. Besides, it will establish a regional technical team, build a demonstration water plant and strengthen technical exchanges and learning with associate units, so as to find the gaps, improve weak links and leverage advantages. Common progress will largely contribute to the rapid development of Kangda EP.

      The meeting made several requirements. Firstly, the speech spirit of Chairman Li Zhong and President Duan should be deeply understood to keep thoughts in concert with the problem as orientation and the production and management as the center. Secondly, all departments should thoroughly analyze the existing problems and difficulties according to the target responsibility assessment indicators of the Group and what has been achieved in the first half of the year, and make comprehensive arrangements for the priorities in the second half of the year such as water charge collection, performance assessment, personnel management, refined management, the shift from construction to operation, post-audit pricing, and plant appearance. It will strive to complete the annual target tasks ahead of schedule. Thirdly, by strengthening exchanges with associate units, it can find the gaps, improve weak links and leverage advantages to absorb advanced management concepts and modes and improve the quality of economic operation. Fourthly, the company should fully understand the cultural connotation of China's water enterprises, guide its employees to firmly establish the ideological concept of "contributing to society with water as the orientation", and practice the values of "selfless contribution, attentive service, constant transcendence and all-win harmony". It will make concerted efforts to realize the vision of "building the best service-oriented enterprise that keeps forging ahead".
