Kangda Environmental Protection (Shangqiu) Water Co., Ltd. Holds a Meeting to Convey the Spirit of the Group's Operation and Management Meeting in the First Half of the Year


      On August 7, Kangda Environmental Protection (Shangqiu) Water Co., Ltd. held a special meeting to convey the spirit of Kangda group's operation and management meeting, which was attended by members of the leading group and middle-level officials of Shangqiu No.1 Sewage Treatment Plant, No.5 Sewage Treatment Plant, and No.6 Sewage Treatment Plant. 


      GM Sun Ziqiang first conveyed the spirit of important speeches by leaders of the group and summarized what had been achieved according to the operation and management of the three plants in the first half of the year. He analyzed the existing problems and their causes and made arrangements for the work in the second half of the year: 
      He stressed that efforts in strengthening safety production management and technology control should be made to ensure up-to-standard discharge; we should make long-term plans to respond to the adjustment and change of appropriation channels by government and relevant departments, so as to strengthen coordination and guarantee that fees would be collected on time and in full. In production and management, it is necessary to do a good job in equipment overhaul and actively complete the annual overhaul task. Actions in strengthening the daily maintenance of equipment should be made to ensure the serviceability rate of the equipment. At the same time, we should give our subjective initiative into full play to reduce outsourcing and save costs. Refined management should be followed constantly for energy conservation and consumption and cost decreasing and benefit increasing. We should continue to beautify the plant appearance and enhance the corporate image. In addition, GM Sun also highlighted that we should strengthen the study of the Franchise Service Agreement and fully understand its meaning, so as to apply relevant clauses to make benefits for the company. We should actively respond to and strictly implement the Group's work arrangements, including regional services and official exchanges. At the same time, to attain a higher goal in work, all members of staff should enhance professional and technical learning, comply with the company's regulations, lead by example and love what they do.
