      To further enhance the cohesion of employees and standardize their work style and comprehensive quality, Xinxian County Kangda Water Co., Ltd. organized a session of training on a new version of Employee Manual and an exam of safe production skills on the afternoon of August 11. 
      In the training, GM Zhu Qingguang stressed that based on the regulations in the Employee Manual, all members of staff should set strict demands on themselves, place themselves under pressure and strengthen self-management. He also highlighted that practicing the regulations and requirements in the Employee Manual will further enhance their awareness of learning, applying and obeying the rules. 
      After the training, all employees had the learning and exam of safe production knowledge. Test questions were selected from the Training on Enterprise Fire Safety Knowledge and the Special Training Courseware for Limited Space. It is commonly agreed that the work safety responsibility must be constantly implemented into every post and link, and serious measures for the fulfillment of safety production systems should be taken to ensure accident-free production and operation. 
      Both the new version of the Employee Manual and the exam of safe production skills were designed to create a learning environment and training conditions for employees. The training and exam helped staff promote communication, enhance safety awareness, regularize behavior for safe production, and largely contributed to the improvement of the level of safe production and comprehensive quality of staff.
