On the morning of August 26, Heilongjiang Water Association carried out an Online Training for Safe Operation in Limited Spaces in the Province's Sewage Supply and Discharge Industry in 2020. Harbin Qunli Sewage Treatment Plant actively organized all relevant staff to watch the online training in the conference room through projection. 

       The Heilongjiang Water Association invited three experts to give lessons online. They were Wang Guangbin from Heilongjiang Emergency Management Department, Ning Lifeng from Harbin Zhongqing Gas, and Wang Tao from Harbin East Alarm Equipment Development Co., Ltd. Combining with practical cases and focusing on the integration of theories and practices, three experts gave in-depth and clear explanations from different angles, such as safety management of operations in limited spaces, accident liability analysis, management requirements for entering limited spaces, and early warning interconnection technology to ensure the safety of limited space operations. Their explanations enabled all employees of Qunli Plant to truly learn the knowledge of safety management for operations in limited space, industry theoretical norms and practical operation skills, and further improved their safety awareness and safety management, laying a foundation for preventing accidents in limited space operations.
