On the afternoon of August 25, Kangda EP (Shangqiu) held a special meeting on the work of "jointly creating the two cities" to all the members of the staff in order to fully support Shangqiu to create a national civilized city and a national health city. 

At the meeting, Director Pan Hongxia conveyed the conference spirit of "jointly creating the two cities" from the Shangqiu Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Shangqiu, and the Shangqiu Urban Administration Bureau. Pan also stressed the great significance of the "jointly creating the two cities" to the city. Director Pan put forward that the whole staff should attach great importance to it ideologically, implement it well in action, enhance the sense of urgency, responsibility and mission of creating a national civilized city and a national health city, resolutely put an end to formalism and put all work into practice in accordance with the relevant requirements of "jointly creating of the two cities". 

      Every employee here shall have a high sense of responsibility and mission. While completing his/her own work and ensuring up-to-standard discharge, everyone should always keep the plant clean and tidy and clean up every dead corner. The cleaning area should be divided and assigned to each person. Each employee should consciously refrain from smoking, spitting and talking loudly in the plant. Each employee should also behave in a civilized manner and abide by the regulations and laws.
