The designed scale of the upgrading and reconstruction project of Qicheng Sewage Treatment Plant is 100,000 m/d. After the project is completed, the effluent standard is improved from Class 1 Grade A to Level IV of surface water. The investment is RMB 160 million. The sewage treatment plant adopted the process of "pretreatment+hydrolysis tank, biochemical tank+secondary sedimentation tank+flocculation sedimentation tank+cloth media filter+disinfecting tank" and the sludge treatment process of "sludge thickener+ centrifugal hydro extractor". The process after reconstruction includes "pretreatment+primary sedimentation tank, AAO-AO process+secondary sedimentation tank+magnetic flocculation sedimentation tank+cloth media filter+ozone oxidation tank+disinfecting tank", and the sludge treatment process after reconstruction includes "sludge thickener+centrifugal hydro extractor". The project mainly includes renovation, demolition, construction, and ancillary projects. The renovation project includes increasing the equipment of influent lifting pump stations, changing the equipment of fine screens, transforming biochemical tanks, changing the equipment of phase I secondary sedimentation tanks, transforming phase II flocculation sedimentation tank, increasing the dosing device of dosing rooms, increasing the equipment and transforming the pipes of blower rooms, and increasing equipment of dehydration machine rooms. The projects that need to be demolished include phase I coagulative precipitation tanks, high-concentration wastewater tanks, and sludge yards. The newly-built projects include ozone oxidation tanks, ozone equipment rooms, sludge thickeners, lifting pump stations at fiber rotary filter outlets, electrical substations, liquid oxygen stations, and comprehensive rooms. The ancillary projects include roads, pipe network, cable ducts, and their supporting facilities.
