From August 31 to September 4, 2020, Liu Guangxu, general manager of Kangda Environmental Protection (Linyi) Water Co., Ltd. (Linyi Water Affairs), and Zuo Shaodong, general manager of Chongqing Zhongya Technology Co., Ltd., came to Xinzheng for exchange and guidance at the sewage treatment plant in the Xinzheng Kangda Xingang industrial cluster (hereinafter referred to as the Xingang Plant). Other persons in the team included Li Qiwen, general manager of Xinzheng Kangda, and Gao Yantao and Li Guanghui, deputy directors of the plant.

      During Liu's stay athe process control, production data, agent control, and equipment operation. At the same time, they conducted a comparative analysis of the segmented data of the biochemical system, proposing the improvement of laboratory and portable equipment, timely repair of damaged ditches of the instrument, addition to laboratory projects, enhancement of data analysis, and accumulation of operational experience, so as to make effective process adjustment in time. Besides, they said that daily operations should be dealt with in a timely manner from the perspective of the overall operation, usage of agents, influent quality, previous problems, and exchanges with the local government.
      In the visit, the current operating technology of Xinzheng Kangda was fully recognized by the relevant units.
