On the morning of September 10, 2020, Xinzheng Xinkang Water Co., Ltd. held the Review Meeting for the Feasibility Study Report on the Upgrading and Expansion Project of Xinzheng No. 3 Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as the FSR). 

      The Review Meeting for the FSR was attended by major leaders from Xinzheng Development and Reform Commission, Xinzheng Urban Administration Bureau, and Xinzheng Branch of Zhengzhou Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the expert group invited by the government, chief engineer Zhang Qiang and the technical team of SIPPR Engineering Group Co., Ltd., General Manager Li Qiwen and Vice Plant Manager Li Guanghui of Xinzheng Xinkang Water Co., Ltd., Vice-general Manager Ge Jinfeng of Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou Water Co., Ltd., and other personnel concerned. 

      Experts attending the meeting carefully reviewed the FSR and relevant documents and listened to the report given by the SIPPR Engineering Group Co., Ltd., the preparation unit of the FSR, and the suggestions put forward by relevant leaders of Xinzheng Development and Reform Commission, Xinzheng Urban Administration Bureau, Bureau of Ecology and Environment and Xinzheng Xinkang Water Co., Ltd. After serious discussion and review, the expert group formed a review opinion: the standardized FSR of comprehensive content basically meets the depth requirements of the compilation of feasibility study of municipal public engineering, and relevant designs and financial accounting will be completed as soon as possible according to the suggestions for the Review Meeting. Finally, relevant leaders of the Urban Administration Bureau required the project company to commence construction as early as possible according to the time node required by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Xinzheng Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Xinzheng City (the end of September 2020 is the time node for commencement).
