On September 13 and 14, 2020, Guangrao Kangda Environmental Protection Water Co., Ltd. welcomed delegations respectively led by Ding Jianming, director of Dongying Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and Liang Runsheng, secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Guangrao County Committee. They paid a visit to Guangrao Plant to conduct the research and guidance on the progress of the upgrading and reconstruction project. Shan Weiqiang and Xu Xiumei, deputy directors of the Guangrao Plant, accompanied them throughout the process and gave detailed reports to the leaders on the current project progress. 

       On the morning of September 13, a team led by Ding Jianmin, secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and director of the Dongying Bureau of Ecology and Environment, together with the Guangrao Environmental Protection Department, visited Guangrao Plant, inquired in detail about the current progress of the project, and checked the operation of the sewage treatment facilities on site. Director Ding requested to speed up the project construction, improve sewage treatment capacity, and ensure stable and up-to-standard discharge.
       In the afternoon of the next day, a team led by Liang Runsheng, secretary of the CPC Guangrao County Committee, together with a delegation including Xu Meifu, director of Guangrao Urban Management Bureau, Liu Xiaoyong, director-general of Guangrao Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and Tian Jianlin, secretary of Guangrao Economic Development Zone, paid a visit to Guangrao Plant. Secretary Liang made detailed inquiries about the progress of the project, demanding to speed up the construction and finish the construction as planned. At the same time, it is required to keep the existing operating equipment and facilities in the plant in normal operation, ensuring the stable and up-to-standard discharge. 
      Leaders of Guangrao Plant expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Director Ding, Secretary Liang, and other relevant government leaders for their personal guidance, and said that they will complete the project construction on time and according to the requirements as required to ensure the up-to-standard discharge of sewage, and make due contributions to the construction of the eco-environment in Guangrao.
