Dongying Plant Holds Middle Management Meeting Conveying the Spirit of Nanjing Meeting, Making the Plan for the Next Step Development

      At 10 am on September 24, Dongying Plant convened the Middle Management Meeting to deliver the main instructions and spirit of the Construction and Management Training Meeting & the Training Workshop for Deputy General Managers of Operating Companies held in Nanjing from September 22 to 23. 
      This Middle Management Meeting was presided over by Wu Lei, deputy general manager of Dongying Plant. Wu Lei and He Litao respectively conveyed the theme spirit of the meeting held in Nanjing, i.e. construction management and operation management, and introduced important instructions of Chairman Li Zhong, President Duan Linnan, and Vice Chairman Xiao Aiguo.
      Next, according to the deployment and arrangement of Chen Guangzhong, general manager of Dongying Plant, the plant's leading group discussed and drafted relevant plans on how to improve the standard and lean management and strengthen personnel training and optimization, required to realize cost control, energy conservation, and consumption reduction through the formulation and implementation of measures when the safe production and the up-to-standard effluent are guaranteed, and continue to keep closer contact with the government and meet the charging index in a reasonable and timely manner.

      The meeting highlighted that all departments should strengthen the communication with projects, supervise and urge the construction of projects to be upgraded and reconstructed, keep in closer touch with governmental departments, and guarantee the smooth handling of formalities after project approval; provide training on operation and safety management in strict accordance with the training plan, and strengthen security drills, screening and rectification of safety hazards to ensure safety; intensify the construction of corporate culture, continue improving the plant image, and urge employees to keep the site clean; require all employees to wear uniforms and use polite words to improve the enterprise image; realize income increase, expenditure reduction, and base improvement to inject fresh blood to "New Kangda".
